The project pursues the idea of a multi-purpose building in which events, theater, conferences, exhibitions, workshops and much more can be offered. The entire upper floor, a gallery as well as the forecourt and terrace are to be used for this purpose, depending on the event. In addition, the square is to be upgraded by creating new green areas and providing the opportunity to linger on the seating steps. Visible from the outside, a new extension is being built whose contemporary language deliberately contrasts with the existing building. Inside, an attempt is being made to use existing walls on the ground floor, while the upper floor is to be gutted in order to make the space multifunctional.
