rund ums atrium

The “Rund ums Atrium” project consists of two buildings. The first floor houses an art café with adjoining gallery on the one hand and bookable seminar rooms, workplaces and space for events on the other. The two upper floors contain a total of 18 residential units with around 65-70m² of floor space, which are accessed via arcades. The special feature of the apartments is that each apartment is arranged around an atrium and is therefore also essentially lit. The atriums extend across both residential floors. Two residential units, one above the other, are connected by views. There are also semi-public balconies on the arcade, which can be seen as an extension of the living space. Paved areas were arranged in the courtyard between the two buildings, which can also be used for events.
