Neulengreen

The aim of the “Neulengreen” project is to enhance the center with green spaces and recreational areas. The buildings on plot 103/3 will be completely demolished and rebuilt due to their poor condition. The buildings on plot 100/1 will be retained on the street side. The rear parts of the buildings will also be demolished here. The new buildings will be designed with reference to their surroundings. It was important to retain the gate of building no. 14. The gate is intended to convey the idea of access to the countryside and be designed to be inviting. On the main square, a spacious café with an atrium will be created within the new building. The existing building no. 14 will be converted into common rooms. The rear areas will be used for more private purposes. In addition to a residential building, a building with multifunctional, rentable rooms is also being created. The green space is a central theme of the project. A pathway through the green belt is also being designed. This theme is also reflected in the façade design.
