Weinkeller am Bach

This project is dedicated to the “Alte Mühle” property and attempts to enhance the existing building by integrating a wine bar. In order to emphasise the visibility and recognisability of the location, a curved canopy made of wood and glass was developed, which invites people to linger. One- or two-bedroom flats were integrated into the upper floors, with particular attention paid to preserving the existing buildings. Only specific measures were taken, such as additional openings in the roof truss to ensure improved natural lighting of the rooms.
