Regional Express meets start-up cafeteria: The first floor will be equipped with a local supply store as a frequency generator, which trades in products from small regional producers – ideally in combination with weekend markets – and also networks the suppliers with each other. In addition, art and craft sales will be offered in a coffee house atmosphere. This means a start-up business cooperation between manufacturers and the cafeteria. Seminar meets overnight stay: this will bring together initiatives, local associations, educational courses for adults/seniors and suspended company workshops. Overnight accommodation is offered on the floor above, which is perfect for summer camps for school classes during the vacation season. The well thought-out seasonal utilization concept of the available space creates synergies between the individual wings.selected projects.
