Landhaus 1

As part of this project, it is also considered logical to essentially develop a new building that logically complements the Landhaus 1 project. The head building, which is worth preserving, will be largely hollowed out and converted into a restaurant. In order to fit in with the row of buildings on the main square, it will be extended. The rear part of the property will be completely rebuilt and will share the living space on the upper floors with seminar rooms at courtyard level. The connecting courtyard space will be used by both properties and also for events. The property opens up towards the west-facing view and the view of the landscape is celebrated.
