The project in question is based on the construction of a series of terraced houses, which in their modular form allow for private gardens with a high degree of privacy. Towards the street, the project focuses on a communal experience and, as a result, on the conscious revitalisation of the urban space. According to the concept, the more private areas open up towards the south. The smaller flats within the existing buildings, on the other hand, have been provided with a spacious communal area. This area is located in the centre of the complex and, in addition to a swimming pond, has a generous green space and a community building. Two cafés are proposed on the ground floor of the factory buildings, which are to be run by the residents.
