The project is a community kitchen where local shops can provide ingredients and chefs from the neighbourhood teach culinary skills. Residents provide support or become consumers and barterers. In addition, the new connection between the river, the city and nature brings the residents closer together and they get to know the natural resources more intensively. It is also planned to use the water resources of the Schwarza as well as power-generating bicycles and, in connection with the vegetable garden, to create a largely resource-saving and self-sufficient cooking and eating world.
