In this project, a new extension to the old school building is being designed to strengthen social life in the village. The multifunctional room on the first floor will become a meeting center where residents can hold seminars, but also hold weekly markets and organize private parties. The space was deliberately designed to be adaptable to the needs of the residents. A special highlight is the farm store with integrated café, which is located directly opposite as an independent building and offers regional products from local farmers. This store can be connected to the multifunctional room as required. There are two apartments on the upper floor, which open up to the south via a spacious terrace. The school building will be transformed into a lively center that reflects the diverse interests and talents of the Schöngrabern population.
