WERKSGASSE INKLUSIVE

The present project aims to function as an urban link between the dense development of the village centre and the adjacent single-family house structure. In doing so, the present design is oriented towards communal living. Between and also within the buildings, areas are located that are available to the residents, but also to the adjacent neighbours, for communal use. The intention is to create social interaction between the residents and the neighbours. The terraced houses to the north are situated in such a way that they allow the existing buildings behind them to pass through and enjoy a view. Despite the deliberately “loosened-up” development, the aim is to achieve the highest possible residential density. The multi-storey residential building consists of two identical buildings whose residential units are oriented from east to west. Common rooms for various activities are distributed over the individual floors.
