The design for the more than 300 m2 business space is dedicated to the theme of bakery and café. The space is divided by a centrally located functional core into two areas that have different functions. Immediately to the right, behind the main entrance, there is a shop where you can buy the essential groceries and products. In the opposite part, a café with a workshop room has been integrated. Although the café and the shop are located in different parts of the shop, they still form a generous, coherent space and have a visual relationship with the workshop room. A small green area with parking spaces is located in front of the café. The small park also includes a pavilion and a playground. Smaller events and lectures are to take place in the pavilion, which is also to serve as a covered meeting place for the population.
