Ensemble

The aim of the project is to transform the area of the former Rieckhof into a place where young and old come together. To this end, assisted living will be set up for the older generation of the village. Here, seniors will live independently in small apartments. Supporting care facilities are available, which can be adapted to the needs of the residents. Therapy, sports and hobby opportunities are offered for the seniors. Furthermore, an independent area has been set up for the Pulkauer youth. These rooms are intended to be available to young people for partying and meeting friends, but also for learning and relaxing. The therapy and sports rooms as well as a workshop and a café, on the other hand, are dedicated to all Pulkauer. Through such publicly usable spaces, the community in the village, but especially that between seniors and young people, should be strengthened.
