This project is dedicated to the idea of transforming the actual pub into a brewery. The focus is on the production, consumption and sale of craft beer. Various different spatial areas are planned. At the front: a consumption zone with a bar and seating as well as a small kitchen that also allows for the preparation of smaller dishes. At the back: the production area where beer is produced and stored. All areas are to be visible and accessible. Guests should thus have the opportunity not only to consume beer, but also to get to know the beer production on site. In addition, a tasting and sales room is planned, which will make it possible to taste different types of beer, obtain information and purchase beer.
