This project focuses on the development of various residential units, each with a private, south-facing garden area and a terrace on the upper floor. A private parking area and two storage rooms accessible from the outside are also offered. Basically, two different types of floor plans are being developed, which are to be used individually by the residents. A common access area connects the individual properties. This will be constructed as a steel structure on supports and will allow barrier-free access in addition to numerous communication possibilities. This measure frees the existing buildings from their access area and creates additional usable living space.
