Living by the park

The designed new housing estate consists of nine residential buildings with a total of 98 new flats. Most of the flats are between 40 and 60 m² in size and have two or three rooms each. The new residential buildings are planned according to two different floor plan types. Type 1 consists of either three above-ground floors with nine flats or four above-ground floors with twelve flats. In Type 1, the standard-floor flats are planned to be as flexible as possible, so that they can be used as both 2- and 3-room flats. The type 2 buildings are four storeys high and allow for the construction of ten flats each. Each flat has a private outdoor space in the form of a balcony, terrace or garden. In addition to the residential buildings, the building plot will also be enriched with public functions, so a large area will be kept free as a market and festival square. In addition to the residential buildings, there will also be a small children’s playground, a street workout park and public green spaces.
