The present design envisages the creation of a new residential park in Neunkirchen. The focus is on being able to offer different floor plans. For this purpose, residential blocks are planned that are designed as barrier-free “generation living”. These are characterised by spacious, communally used areas. Through small structural changes, two residential units can also be created from one flat. In addition, some roof areas will be used to provide residents with private gardens, barbecue areas and shaded areas. The ground floor zone will accommodate semi-public communal areas, as well as a restaurant or café, a self-service shop and day-care facilities. The areas between and in front of the apartment blocks will be publicly landscaped in order to offer the residents of Neunkirchen sophisticated recreational opportunities and a partially car-free thoroughfare.
