GREEN STUDIES

The project ‘Green Studies’ pursues two central concept points: the integration of students into city life and the greening of the urban space in order to make the city centre of Wiener Neustadt a lively place to stay. The integration of students has numerous advantages. The involvement of the young generation creates a dynamic atmosphere that enriches the cultural and social life of the city. Students bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the community, which leads to a lively exchange and creative projects. At the same time, the greening of the urban space ensures sustainable urban development. The green spaces improve air quality, provide habitats for insects and help reduce heat islands. They also create an aesthetically pleasing environment that invites people to linger and feel good. The combination of these two concept points creates a vibrant and sustainable city where students are actively involved in the common good.
